We offer a wide range of function catering options to suit all types of functions from small gatherings to large scale weddings, and our function’s team can tailor a package to suit your individual needs. Our most popular catering options including hot and cold canapé packages, cocktail and finger food packages, buffets to a selection of more formal banquet/sit down dinner packages. Our team can amend any package for dietary requirements and are more than happy to work with you to ensure your expectations are exceeded.

The River Room
With 140m2 of majestic red carpet, the newly renovated river room is a brilliant place to host
your next event. Complete with your own private bar, bathrooms, night life music system, and restricted
public access, the river room is flexible enough to suit any type of function group and is very popular
with weddings, corporate events and birthday celebrations.

The H Lounge is the perfect space for larger events. With your own private bar lounge area,
dance floor, state of the art light decor and sound system, stage and designated out door smoking
area, the H Lounge is an ideal space for groups with a large or small number of guests, 21st & 50th
Birthdays, school reunions, weddings, large seminars are all popular in this space.

Sport’s Bar VIP Lounge
Reserve an area in the Sports Bar and receive vip treatment. Sports Bar bookings are free of charge and do not require a minimum spend. With live cover bands both Friday and Saturday nights, the Sports Bar is the perfect space for those after work get-togethers or small informal gatherings.

Experience vip treatment just like a-listers at the racecourse built to mirror just that; the outdoor marquee is a great space to host a luncheon, high tea, cocktail event or twilight dinner. Licensed until 10:00pm. Amplified sound restrictions apply in this area. (No Music).

Theming and Entertainment
You’re welcome to dress up or dress down the room as much as you like or we can arrange the themeing for you. The sky’s the limit so speak with the functions coordinator so we can make the arrangements as you wish. We also work closely with a wedding themeing company that has packages for table’s dressings and decorations.
The Hamilton Hotel has a large on-site carpark catering for over one hundred car spaces. If you are planning to attend for a function, please ensure you arrive a little early to secure yourself a park.

We came here for lunch it was great. The pasta was deliciously was the steak and oysters. I love the kids play area which you can see through a TV monitor so you don’t have to get up and down all the time. The service was fantastic and we even got free dessert. The size of the meals was great not small at all. The outside area was great too. .
